Explanation of Responses:

( 1 )Abby Klatsky became a 10% beneficial owner of the issuer's common stock on May 31, 2022, upon the closing of the OpenLocker Inc. transaction that was previously disclosed in the issuer's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on June 6, 2022. Prior to the closing, Ms. Klatsky was not a shareholder of the issuer. Ms. Klatsky, together with Brendan O'Brien, were controlling shareholders of OpenLocker Inc. prior to the closing.
