Explanation of Responses:

( 1 )Jaytee Properties Limited Partnership ("Jaytee")is a family limited partnership. A trust ("GP Trust 1") in which the Reporting Person and her son are co-trustees is a co-General Partner of Jaytee. A trust ("GP Trust 2") in which the Reporting Person's son is trustee is the other co-General Partner and a Limited Partner of Jaytee. ( 2 )Teebank Family Limited Partnership ("Teebank") is a family limited partnership. GP Trust 1 and GP Trust 2 are co-General Partners of Teebank. GP Trust 2 is also a limited partner of Teebank. ( 3 )On 02/11/2022, GP Trust 1 transferred 20,000 Jaytee GP Units, 46 Jaytee LP Units, 20,000 Teebank GP Units and 46 Teebank LP Units to another trust, at which time the Reporting Person ceased to be a 10% owner of the Issuer.
