Explanation of Responses:

( 1 )Reflects 428 common shares of Park National Corporation, previously owned directly by the reporting person, which were transferred on November 15, 2023 to the F. Wm. Englefield IV Managing Agency Account, and are now owned indirectly. ( 2 )The Common Shares held in the trust U/A dated 06/21/1982 by Janet B. Englefield (the "Trust"), with respect to which the reporting person serves as trustee, were contributed to the trust by bequest. On November 29, 2023, the reporting person caused an aggregate of 856 Common Shares to be distributed from the Trust to the eight beneficiaries thereunder, with each beneficiary receiving a total of 107 Common Shares. This distribution served as the "final step" in the bequeathing of the Common Shares. ( 3 )The reported Common Shares were received pursuant to the distribution from the Trust on November 29, 2023. The reporting person is the father of Anthony J Englefield, the beneficiary of the Anthony J. Englefield Trust. ( 4 )The reported Common Shares were received pursuant to the distribution from the Trust on November 29, 2023.
