( 1 )On March 20, 2023, Zura Bio Limited, a limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, JATT Acquisition Corp, a Cayman Islands exempted company ("JATT"), JATT Merger Sub, a Cayman Islands exempted company and wholly owned subsidiary of JATT, JATT Merger Sub 2, a Cayman Islands exempted company and wholly owned subsidiary of JATT, and Zura Bio Holdings Ltd, a Cayman Islands exempted company, consummated the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement, dated June 16, 2022, as amended (the "Business Combination Agreement"), pursuant to which the Reporting Person received the reported securities.
