( 1 )Includes 800,000 RSUs. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement.
( 2 )The sale reported on this Form 4 were effected to satisfy certain exercise costs and tax obligations of the Reporting Person incurred with the exercise of the stock options reported on this Form 4.
( 3 )25% of the shares subject to the stock option vested on October 1, 2018, 25% of the shares vested on October 1, 2019, and 6.25% vest on each quarterly anniversary thereafter. The original stock option for 100,000 shares was exercised for an aggregate of 81,250 shares between October 21, 2020 and January 11, 2021.
