Explanation of Responses:
( 1 )On July 12, 2023, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly reported the exercise price of the employee stock options due to an error in determining the closing price of the Class A Common Stock on the date of the grant. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the exercise price of the employee stock options is $10.55 per share rather than $10.54 per share as reported in the original Form 4. This amendment also updates the address of the reporting person.
( 2 )The option will become exercisable in four equal annual installments beginning on 07/10/2024.
( 3 )Reflects the number of employee stock options beneficially held by the reporting person as of the filing date of the original Form 4.

Reminder: Report on a separate line for each class of securities beneficially owned directly or indirectly.
* If the form is filed by more than one reporting person, see Instruction 4(b)(v).
