( 1 )As of 9/17/2021 , 9830 MacArthur LLC was under 10 percent and no longer a beneficial owner. Shares were disposed of in various transactions from 9/21/2017 until 11/9/2021. In addition, new shares were purchased from 11/9/2021 thru 12/29/2021 at average price of 6.91. ( 2 )This Form 5 is for the end of year shares owned by 9830 MacArthur LLC.
