Explanation of Responses:

( 1 )On December 1, 2021, an entity controlled by the reporting person was designated as the trustee of a trust that holds 3,073,298 shares of the Class A Common Stock of the issuer. These shares were not previously reported as being beneficially owned by the reporting person due to a clerical error. The reporting person is filing this amendment to the Form 4 filed on December 20, 2021, to include the shares held by the trust in the number of shares reported as being beneficially owned by the reporting person through trusts which the reporting person may be deemed to control. As a result of the error, all Section 16 reports filed by the reporting person after December 20, 2021 understated the number of shares of the Class A Common stock of the issuer beneficially owned by the reporting person by 3,073,298 shares. All such subsequent reports are hereby updated by this amendment. ( 2 )By trusts which the reporting person may be deemed to control. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
