( 2 )Represents 507,129 shares of common stock of the Issuer acquired by the Reporting Person on December 17, 2021, which will be issued on or around December 30, 2021. ( 3 )This statement is being filed by the following Reporting Persons: Saudi National Bank, the parent entity of SNBCC, which in turn is the sole shareholder of NCB Capital Credit Fund I GP Co., the general partner of the NCB Capital Credit Fund I L.P ("Credit Fund"). ( 4 )Represents shares of common stock of the Issuer directly held by the Credit Fund.
