( 1 )Represents shares accepted upon expiration of tender offer subsequent offering period on August 9, 2021. ( 2 )Consists of shares held directly by Tahoe Bidco B.V. ("Tahoe Bidco"). Tahoe Bidco is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Tahoe Ultimate Parent, L.P. ("Tahoe UP"). Tahoe UP is controlled by Thoma Bravo Fund XIV Global, L.P. ("TB XIV Global"). Thoma Bravo Partners XIV Global, L.P. ("TB Partners XIV Global") is the general partner of TB XIV Global and Thoma Bravo Global, LLC ("TB Global") is the general partner of TB Partners XIV Global. As a result of the foregoing relationships, each of Tahoe UP, TB XIV Global, TB Partners XIV Global and TB Global may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the shares owned by Tahoe Bidco.
