Remarks: Director of Recreational Enterprises, Inc., a 10% beneficial owner of ERIGene R. Carano previously filed a Form 3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 19, 2017 with respect to shares of Eldorado Resorts, Inc. ("ERI") owned by Recreational Enterprises, Inc. ("REI"). Following the filing of the Form 3 by Mr. Gene Carano, the vacancy on the Board of Directors of REI created by the death of Mr. Donald L. Carano was filled. As a result, Gene R. Carano is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of ERI and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5. |
