Remarks: Member of 10% owner group. Harry B. Rosenberg serves as a co-trustee of trusts for the benefit of certain lineal descendants of Nicholas J. Pritzker, deceased, and their immediate family members that own shares of Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock of the Issuer. In such capacity, Mr. Rosenberg has executed a joinder to, and thereby has become subject to the provisions of, the Amended and Restated Global Hyatt Agreement.
