Remarks: Today I recalculated the amount of securities I owned after selling all the 500,000 shares granted on 12/08/2017 following a form 144. During the last 3 months, I sold and reported 1,000,000 shares. I started with 26,283,122 shares. After a thorough review, I found a discrepancy of 1,000 shares corresponding to a sale at $0.12 executed on 02/21/2018 and I reported it today. The error came from the sale of 13,400 shares which I reported as 12,400 shares. I apologize for this error that I am unable to explain as I always performed several verifications before sending each report. The number of traded shares also came from a Form-4 that I filled before reporting to the SEC with an information provided by my broker. |
Reminder: Report on a separate line for each class of securities beneficially owned directly or indirectly.
