( 1 )Represents a grant of restricted stock units, which vest in equal installments on each of 11/2/2021, 11/2/2022 and 11/2/2023. In connection with his resignation as a member of the board of directors of the issuer on July 19, 2021, the reporting person subsequently forfeited RSUs with respect to 14,440 shares of Class A Common Stock that had originally been granted on June 15, 2021. ( 2 )The stock options were granted on September 22, 2015 and are fully vested.
