Kruse, husband and wife that share the same household, own 8,416,484 shares in accounts as joint tenants with right of survivorship. Includes shares acquired through December 19, 2020.(2) This Form 3 is amended to include Deborah L. Kruse as a joint filer as Ms. Kruse was unable to jointly file by the filing date due to the inability to obtain her own individual EDGAR access code.
