( 1 )On May 15, 2023, the reporting person was granted 52,352 share awards ("Share Awards"), and 16,001 shares were sold to pay income taxes. The shares were sold at C$0.50, and the price was converted using the Bank of Canada exchange rate for May 15, 2023 of C$1.3487 = US$1.00. Each Share Award represents an unrestricted Common Share of the Issuer. ( 2 )The price reported in column 4 is a weighted average price.
