( 1 )On December 21, 2022, Marty Plourd gifted and transferred 1,200 directly owned shares of CWBC common stock to his children, Scholarship foundation, local church and hospital.
( 2 )The option was granted on January 30, 2014 under CWB 2006 Stock Option Plan and vests over five year as follows: 4,000 option shares on January 30 of 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
( 3 )The option was granted on March 26, 2015, and was originally exercisable for 5,000 shares. The reporting person previously partially exercised the option to acquire 3,350 shares; thus, there are 1,650 remaining options shares underlying the option. The remaining portion of the option vests as follows: 650 shares on March 26, 2019; and 1000 shares on March 26, 2020.
