This Amendment No. 2 to Schedule 13D (Amendment No. 2) amends the Reporting Persons initial Schedule 13D filed August 5,2025 (the Initial 13D) and Amendment No. 1 filed August 28, 2025 (Amendment No. 1) with respect to the Common Shares (the Common Stock) of Ready Capital Corporation (the Issuer). Except as specifically amended by this Amendment No. 2 and noted in the paragraphs below, the Initial 13D is unchanged.
