| (i) | Annapurna Limited (“Annapurna”) beneficially owned 7,122,531 Common Shares, including 523,125 Common Shares underlying warrants currently exercisable. 2,864,175 Common Shares held by Annapurna are subject to a pledge in favor of The Bank of New York Mellon as collateral agent for a third partner lender. | |
