This Schedule 13G relates to the shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Issuer (“Common Stock”) held by VCVI. VCM is the investment manager of VCVI. VCLLC is the general partner of VCM. Mr. Slusky is the managing member of VCLLC and Chief Investment Officer of VCM.

The percentages reported in this Schedule 13G are based on 87,604,866 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock issued and outstanding based on the sum of (i) 80,842,202 shares of Common Stock outstanding on November 3, 2023, as reported in the Form 10-Q, plus (ii) 4,609,520 shares of Common Stock issued by the Issuer on November 14, 2023, as reported in the Issuer’s Current Report on Form 8-K, dated November 14, 2023, filed with the SEC on November 17, 2023, plus (iii) 2,153,144 shares of Common Stock issued by the Issuer on November 30, 2023, as reported in the Issuer’s Current Report on Form 8-K, dated November 30, 2023, filed with the SEC on December 6, 2023.
