Comment for Type of Reporting Person: Reporting person Streeterville Capital, LLC ("Streeterville") holds Pre-Delivery Shares and has rights, under a Securities Purchase Agreement dated March 31, 2026, Secured Convertible Promissory Note dated March 31, 2026, Warrant to Purchase Shares of Common Stock dated March 31, 2026, and Warrant to Purchase Shares of Common Stock dated June 30, 2026, to own an aggregate number of shares of the Issuer's common stock which, except for a contractual cap on the amount of outstanding shares that Streeterville may own, would exceed such a cap. Streeterville's current ownership cap is 9.99%. Thus, the number of shares of the Issuer's common stock beneficially owned by Streeterville as of the date of this filing was 1,437,361 shares, which is 9.99% of the 14,388,000 shares outstanding on March 31, 2026 (as reported in the Issuer's Form 424(b)(4) filed on July 29, 2026).
