Comment for Type of Reporting Person: 1. Includes (a) 922 shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Common Stock"), of Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (the "Issuer"), held of record by Goldman Sachs International as custodian for Tribeca Asia Credit Strategy, for which the Reporting Person serves as investment manager pursuant to the respective investment management agreements between the Reporting Person and such managed funds; and (b) 2,102,558 shares of Common Stock issuable upon the exercise of warrants to purchase the Common Stock. 2. The percentage reported in Row 11 of the cover page is based on 85,127,942 shares of Class A common stock deemed outstanding, consisting of (i) 83,025,384 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of December 26, 2025, as reported by the Issuer, and (ii) 2,102,558 shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of warrants held by the Reporting Person. 3. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities referenced herein. The Reporting Person, however, may be deemed to have the power to dispose of, or direct the disposition of, and to vote, or direct the voting of, such securities in its capacity as investment manager to such managed funds.
