As of December 31, 2021, the Reporting Person beneficially owned 4,965,844 shares of Common Stock, consisting of 4,121 shares directly held by the Reporting Person, 2,115,228 shares issuable upon the exercise of options exercisable within 60 days following December 31, 2021 directly held by the Reporting Person, 17,405 shares underlying restricted stock units scheduled to vest within 60 days of December 31, 2021, 460 shares directly held by the Reporting Person’s spouse over which the Reporting Person may be deemed to share investment and dispositive power, 460 shares directly held by the Reporting Person’s child over which the Reporting Person may be deemed to share investment and dispositive power, 2,126,670 shares directly held by the Lindberg Revocable Trust u/a/d 2/14/06, of which the Reporting Person is a Trustee and over which the Reporting Person may be deemed to share investment and dispositive power, and 701,500 shares directly held by the Lindberg Irrevocable Trust u/a/d 5/12/17, of which the Reporting Person is a Trustee and over which the Reporting Person may be deemed to share investment and dispositive power.
