BioDiscovery 6 is the record holder of 12,296,295 ordinary shares. Voting and dispositive decisions with respect to the securities held by BioDiscovery 6 are made by its management company, Andera. The managing partners of Andera are Bergez and Mauron. As a result, each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by BioDiscovery 6. CUSIP Number 46124U107 has been assigned to the American Depositary Shares ("ADS") of the Issuer, which are quoted on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "IVA". Each ADS represents one ordinary share of the Issuer. No CUSIP has been assigned to the Issuer's ordinary shares. | |
