Comment for Type of Reporting Person: The number of shares beneficially owned consists of (i) 3,376,865 shares of Class A Common Stock held by Atomico IV L.P., of which 1,876,570 shares are subject to a share collar contract dated December 8, 2025, and (ii) 762,279 shares of Class A Common Stock held by Atomico IV (Guernsey), L.P., of which 423,430 shares are subject to a share collar contract dated December 8, 2025. Atomico Advisors IV, Ltd. is the general partner of Atomico IV L.P. and Atomico IV (Guernsey), L.P.
