This Amendment No. 3 to the Schedule 13G filed on June 8, 2016 (as amended by Amendment No. 1 thereto filed on February 23, 2017 and Amendment No. 2 thereto filed on March 1, 2017), is being filed on behalf of BlueMountain Capital Management, LLC (“BMCM”) with respect to the shares of Class A Ordinary Shares, $0.0001 par value per share (the “Ordinary Shares”), of CF Corporation, a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Issuer”).

BMCM acts as investment manager to, and exercises investment discretion with respect to the Ordinary Shares directly owned by, the following entities:

 

  (i) BlueMountain Guadalupe Peak Fund L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, with respect to the 95,494 shares of Ordinary Shares directly owned by it;

 

  (ii) BlueMountain Montenvers Master Fund SCA SICAV-SIF, an investment company with variable capital organized as a specialized investment fund in the form of a corporate partnership limited by shares under the laws of Luxembourg, with respect to the 156,272 shares of Ordinary Shares directly owned by it;

 

  (iii) BlueMountain Kicking Horse Fund L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership, with respect to the 162,965 shares of Ordinary Shares directly owned by it; and

 

  (iv) BlueMountain Long/Short Equity Master Fund L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership, with respect to the 84,780 shares of Ordinary Shares directly owned by it.
