(c): On August 15, 2022, Medpace Investors, LLC (“MPI”) entered into an amendment to its written stock purchasing plan entered into on March 17, 2022 and amended on May 3, 2022 in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 (as amended, the “August 2022 MPI Plan”). The August 2022 MPI Plan became effective on September 6, 2022 and adjusts the price on the trading schedule.
