Comment for Type of Reporting Person:  In reference to Rows 5, 7 and 9 above, amount consists of Class A ordinary shares, $0.0001 par value ("Class A Shares"), of New Providence Acquisition Corp. III, a blank check company formed under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the "Issuer"). In reference to Row 11 above, percentage ownership is based on 30,887,075 Class A Shares issued and outstanding as of November 14, 2025, as reported on the Issuer's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended on September 30, 2025, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 2025. The original Schedule 13G and its first amendment, each reflecting Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan Trust Fund's ("HOOPP") position in the Issuer, were inadvertently filed under the EDGAR profile of New Providence Acquisition Corp. III (CIK 0001844004) on August 13, 2025 and November 13, 2025, respectively. This Schedule 13G is intended to further amend HOOPP's Schedule 13G filings made on New Providence Acquisition Corp. III's (CIK 0001844004) EDGAR profile.
