As of December 31, 2022, FNF directly and indirectly beneficially owned an aggregate of 106,442,551 shares of Common Stock, representing approximately 84.2% of the shares of Common Stock outstanding (based on 126,409,904 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of December 31, 2022, as disclosed by the Issuer to the Reporting Person).
