Comment for Type of Reporting Person: (1) Shared voting and dispositive power represents 2,045,752 shares of Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by Nomura Global Financial Products, Inc. ("NGFP"). NGFP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc., which accordingly may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by NGFP. (2) The percent of class is calculated based on 36,495,311 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding as of March 30, 2025, which is the result of 59,368,288 shares of Class A Common Stock issued as of March 30, 2025 minus 22,872,977 shares of Class A Common Stock held in treasury as of March 30, 2025, as reported in the Issuer's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 30, 2025 filed with the SEC on May 9, 2025.
