O’ Donnell, Jr. beneficially owns 2,224,210 shares comprised of (i) 105,301 shares of common stock owned directly by Dr. O’Donnell, (ii) 2,000,490 shares of common stock held by Hopkins (iii) 222,000 shares of common stock issuable to Dr. O’Donnell upon exercise of stock options and (iv) 118,419 shares of common stock issuable to Dr. O’Donnell upon vesting of restricted stock units.
