( 1 )This is a correction to the Form 4 filed on March 16, 2021 to increase the Class A Common Stock related to a 2018 grant of performance awards that have been earned. The Form 4 filed on March 16, 2021 reported the respective shares withheld for taxes.
( 2 )Represents performance stock units scheduled to vest at the end of a three-year period that began on January 1, 2018 and ends on December 31, 2020 (the "Performance Period"), subject to Mr. Anderson's continued employment with the issuer through the end of the Performance Period and the achievement of certain levels of total shareholder return ("TSR") relative to a peer group set forth in a Performance Stock Unit Agreement, dated April 13, 2018, by and among the issuer and Mr. Anderson, and absolute TSR measured from a base stock price of $14.50 per share.
