Explanation of Responses:

( 1 )Represents the forfeiture by Mr. Nelson, who resigned effective as of November 7, 2016, of a prior grant of common stock from Hunt Transmission Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Hunt Consolidated, Inc., as incentive compensation. The stock was restricted and, as of Mr. Nelson's resignation, had not vested. As a result, pursuant to the terms of the grant, the shares were forfeited.
