Sanlam Investments Holdings Limited (SIH) is the sole shareholder of SIIP. Sanlam Limited (SL) is the sole shareholder of SIH. Each of SIH and SL, through their respective direct and indirect interests in SIIP, may be deemed to beneficially own the Shares held by SIIP. Each of SIH and SL expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of the Shares in which they do not have a pecuniary interest.
