( 2 )An aggregate of 131,717 stock options were granted to the reporting person on April 7, 2010. The dates on which those options became exercisable are as follows: 16,129 of the options were immediately exercisable on the grant date; 24,193 of the options became exercisable in three approximately equal installments on each of July 3, 2010, October 2, 2010 and January 1, 2011; and 91,395 of the options became exercisable in three equal installments on each of April 7 2011, April 7, 2012 and April 7, 2013.
