( 1 )On July 14, 2011, the common stock of Triumph Group, Inc. split 2-for-1, resulting in the reporting person's ownership of 23,547 additional shares of common stock.
( 2 )This option was previously reported as covering 6,000 shares at an exercise price of $44.91 per share, but was adjusted to reflect the stock split that occurred on July 14, 2011.
( 3 )The option vested in three equal installments on April 19, 2003, 2004 and 2005.
