The securities are held directly by Vahanna LLC (the “Sponsor”) and indirectly by Vinode Ramgopal and Akshaya Bhargava, each of whom is a manager of the Sponsor and has voting and dispositive power over the securities held directly by the Sponsor. As a result, Messrs. Ramgopal and Bhargava may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held directly by the Sponsor. Each of Mr. Ramgopal and Mr. Bhargava disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his respective pecuniary interest therein.
