( 1 )The reported transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on October 25, 2013.
( 2 )Represents the weighted average sale price per share. The actual sale prices ranged from a low of $31.88 to a high of $32.23. The Reporting Person will provide upon request by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer or any security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
