( 4 )The options originally granted vested and became exercisable as follows: 40% after 2nd anniversary of the date of grant; 60% after 3rd anniversary; 80% after 4th anniversary; and 100% after 5 years, subject to adjustment in certain circumstances. As a result of the reporting person's retirement as an officer of the Issuer, all options became immediately exercisable and expire on March 28, 2014.
