Explanation of Responses:

( 1 )On December 1, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 4, which inadvertently reported that, following his purchase of shares on November 1, 2021, he owned 96,917 shares. In fact, as reported in this amendment following the November 1, 2021 purchase, the reporting person directly owned 99,708 shares of common stock. The original Form 4 incorrectly reported the number of shares transferred to his ex-spouse pursuant to a domestic relations order. The reporting person no longer reports as beneficially owned any securities owned by his ex-spouse.
