Remarks: This Form 4/A amends the Reporting Person's prior Form 4 to eliminate, in accordance with his Form 3/A filed May 2, 2019, the inadvertent inclusion of previously removed indirect holdings of Mestena, LLC, Jones Unproven Ranch Limited Partnership, and Mestena Unproven Limited Partnership. As previously reported, the Reporting Person's interest in the LLC is not a controlling interest, and the Reporting Person's interest in the Partnerships is only as a limited partner. A committee consisting of six (6) directors makes investment decisions for the LLC and the Partnerships. |
