Remarks: The transactions reported herein were made in accounts managed by a financial advisor to Mr. Green, which advisor has full investment control. Despite Mr. Green's instruction to the advisor not to transact in shares of eBay common stock, due to a system error, the advisor made the purchases reported herein, and then subsequently sold when it realized that such purchases should not have been made. The transactions resulted in short-swing profits of $4,242.55, which Mr. Green has disgorged to eBay in accordance with Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. |
